Alarm bells are ringing in Scott County, Indiana with almost 80 recently diagnosed cases of HIV. The situation has been described as an "epidemic" by Governor Mike Pence and a public health emergency will be declared in that community today.
The recent outbreak was exacerbated by needle-sharing opiate addicts and Governor Pence has been working in conjunction with health officials to stop the outbreak.
