Sabra Dipping has voluntarily recalled 30000 cases of its Classic Hummus over possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
Listeria is a food borne pathogen which can cause serious and often fatal infections in people with weakened immune systems, children and the elderly. It can also cause still births and miscarriages in pregnant women.
