- Thoroughly wash your feet
- Soak your feet in warm water with 4 tablespoons of olive oil/coconut oil for 20 minutes
- Once your feet are soft, exfoliate with either a pumice stone/sugar/foot scrub
- Rub baby oil or sheabutter on feet (to keep skin soft and supple)
- Cover feet with socks (with/without wearing a plastic bag inside )
- Sleep in them or leave on for 40 minutes.
