Mnemonic for Murphy's sign

Murphy's sign is elicited by direct palpation of the right upper quadrant and asking the patient to breathe deeply. An abrupt arrest (CEASE) of breathing during inspiration due to pain is a positive Murphy sign and is seen ONLY in acute cholecystitis.
