The original story told by this patient was that he was robbed, his neck was sliced and he was left for dead. Later in the ambulance he admitted to being in an altercation with drug dealers who were selling him crack cocaine. They tried to murder him by slicing his throat. He pretended to be dead and ran up the road to get help.
The amazing thing is that the knife missed all major structures and he has survived his injuries!
