A 64-year-old man was allegedly “CUI” (cooking under the influence) and while searching for kitchen utensils, fell over towards the kitchen counter, and pierced his eye on a panhandle! It took a team of surgeons to remove it.Amazingly, the handle missed his eye as well as his brain. It got lodged behind the throat where there are no vital structures.
